No, open mode operating is users’ full responsibility. If the machine requires repair due to misuse of open mode, the cost will be owned by the end users and the manufacturer may not be able to provide the full solutions.
Please remember that type A530 is designed for the best value of repeatability and reliability with proprietary filaments. We provide open mode for the advanced users who understand FFF printers and materials. But we will keep updating recommended Brand Materials to minimize the risk from the user side.
